Live Surgery Course, Mexico 2024 [Terms and Conditions]

Dr Youngsam Kim`s Dental Implant Live Surgery, Mexico 2024.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Payment:

   • To secure your enrollment, a 25% deposit of the total course fee, amounting to USD 2,750, is required upon registration.
   • The remaining 75% balance (USD 8,250) must be settled no later than 60 days before the course start date.
   • Failure to complete the remaining payment within the specified timeframe may result in the forfeiture of your reservation.                                                                                   

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy:

   • Cancellation by Participant:
     • Cancellation requests made 60 or more days before the course start date will receive a full refund, minus a USD 500 administrative fee.
     • Cancellation requests made between 30 and 59 days before the course start date will receive a 50% refund of the total course fee.
     • Cancellation requests made less than 30 days before the course start date will not be eligible for a refund.
   • Cancellation by Neo Dental Implants:
     • In the event that Neo Dental Implants cancels the course, participants will receive a full refund of the course fee.
   • Refund Process:
     • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
     • Refunds will be processed within ten working days of the approved cancellation request.
   • Cancellation requests must be communicated via email to info@neodental.co.nz and await confirmation.                                                                                                              

3. Flight Arrangements:

   • Return flights are not included in the course fee and are the responsibility of each participant.
   • Estimated flight costs to and from the USA (approximately 2000 NZD) are to be arranged independently by participants.                                                                            

4. Disclaimer:

   • Neo Dental reserves the right to modify the course schedule, instructors, or content if necessary, and will inform participants promptly of any changes.                                      

5. Agreement:

   • By registering for the Dental Implant Live Surgery Course, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
