Refund policy

Returns or Exchanges
Our return or exchange policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery (excluding Equipment/High-tech equipment priced above $5,000). If 30 days have passed since the delivery, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns, issue refunds, or facilitate exchanges, as we are unable to resell or supply the items to other customers.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, within 30 days, your item must be received by us (track and trace with signature on delivery cost are not covered by us) in unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging without any modifications. 

- POLICY - Implant components -

Any fully sealed, unused, new items ordered and returned within 30 days for credit will apply a restocking fee of 15% (E.g. An order for implant components of $1,300, used only $300: A 15% restocking fee will apply on the return of items with the sum of $1,000. Hence the partial credit given will be $850).

That is to cover the cost of depreciation, administration cost, inspection costs and defective goods unable to resell.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Consumables, such as biomaterials, cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Equipment/High-tech equipment (priced above $5,000): A 10% Restock fee applies on high-tech dental equipment orders if the order is cancelled after the purchase confirmation. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@neodental.co.nz.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@neodental.co.nz and send your item for exchange to 247 Dominion Road Auckland Auckland NZ 1024.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to 247 Dominion Road Auckland Auckland NZ 1024

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Local Seminars - Terms and Conditions:

Cancellation/Refund: Ten (10) business days or less from the seminar date cannot be cancelled, or used as a credit and will be invoiced and payable in full. Greater than ten (10) business days from the booking date: can be cancelled but will incur a cancellation fee that is 50% of the participant`s invoice. If the participant cannot make it to the seminar for any reason, they still can have their early bird complimentary bonus (if paid in full). No discount or refund will apply for event non-attendance.

Force Majeure: Neither Party will be liable for any failure or delay in performing an obligation under this Agreement that is due to any of the following causes, to the extent beyond its reasonable control: acts of God, accident, riots, war, terrorist act, epidemic, pandemic (including the COVID-19 pandemic), quarantine, civil commotion, breakdown of communication facilities, breakdown of web host, breakdown of internet service provider, natural catastrophes, governmental acts or omissions, changes in laws or regulations, national strikes, fire, explosion, or generalized lack of availability of raw materials or energy.


EcoSave Handpiece Solutions Terms and Conditions

1. Subscription Eligibility:
   • Only dental professionals or dental practice owners/managers who subscribe to the $20 per month membership are eligible for the trade-in program.
   • Membership is valid for a minimum of one month, and there are no refunds once a subscription fee has been processed.
2. Trade-In Program:
   • Subscribers are entitled to a $500 discount on the purchase of a new Woodpecker handpiece in exchange for any old handpiece.
   • One old handpiece must be traded in for each new Woodpecker handpiece purchased under the program.
   • The discount will only be applied once the old handpiece has been received and verified by EcoSave Handpiece Solutions.
3. Trade-In Process:
   • Subscribers must fill out the online trade-in form, including details of the handpieces to be traded in.
   • EcoSave will provide a return shipping package for the old handpieces.
   • Old handpieces must be received within 14 days of submitting the form to qualify for the discounted price. If not received within this period, subscribers will be charged the full price of $780 per handpiece.
   • Old handpieces are non-returnable once traded in and become the property of EcoSave Handpiece Solutions for upcycling or recycling.
4. Pricing and Payment:
   • The final price for each new Woodpecker handpiece is $280 + GST, after applying the $500 trade-in discount.
   • All prices quoted exclude GST, and applicable taxes will be added to the total amount at checkout.
   • Payment must be made through the platform provided by EcoSave, and all payments are due at the time of order.
5. Membership Benefits:
   • Subscribers will have access to exclusive product offers, priority for future handpiece upgrades, and discounts on special services.
   • Members are also entitled to participate in sustainability initiatives, supporting the operation of the upcycle facility in New Zealand.
6. Cancellation and Termination:
   • Subscribers can cancel their membership at any time by providing notice through the membership portal.
   • Cancellation of the subscription will not result in a refund for the current billing period, but the subscription will not renew.
   • EcoSave Handpiece Solutions reserves the right to terminate a subscription if the terms and conditions are violated.
7. Liability:
   • EcoSave Handpiece Solutions is not responsible for any damage incurred during shipping or handling of the old handpieces being traded in.
   • All new handpieces are covered by a manufacturer's warranty, and EcoSave Handpiece Solutions is not liable for defects or issues covered under that warranty.
8. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions:
   • EcoSave Handpiece Solutions reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time, with reasonable notice to subscribers. Continued participation in the program after modifications indicates acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law:
   • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with New Zealand law.
